2022 Bernays Awards
GOLD COAST PR COUNCIL’s 15th annual Bernays Awards honoring local public relations and marketing campaigns will be held live on Wednesday, July 20, from 11:30 am to 1 pm. The location and ticket price will be announced soon.
Attached is the Bernays Nomination Form that should be filled out and submitted no later than May 31, 2022. Submission guidelines and fees are included on the form.
GCPRC is seeking nominations in 10 competitive categories:
- Best Nonprofit Project or Campaign – Small (under $100K)
- Best Nonprofit Project or Campaign – Large (over $100K)
- Best PR Campaign by a Small Company or Firm (Under 5 Employees)
- Best PR Campaign by a Large Company or Firm (5+ Employees)
- Best Social Media Campaign (Nonprofit)
- Best Social Media Campaign (For profit)
- Best Special Event / Live or Virtual
- Best Crisis Communications
- Best Marketing Material (Print, Internal or External)
- Best Marketing Material (Digital/Video, Internal or External)
In addition, GCPRC will give out three awards selected by the nonprofit organization’s board of directors:
- President’s Award
- PR Star Award
- Founders Award
The winners of the competitive awards will be selected by independent judges, all of whom are experienced PR, marketing and media professionals.

- Best Nonprofit Project or Campaign – Large (over $100K) – T. Leroy Jefferson Medical Society
- Best PR Campaign by a Small Company or Firm (Under 5 Employees) – Kaye Communications, Inc.
- Best PR Campaign by a Large Company or Firm (5+ Employees) – Lynn University
- Best Social Media Campaign (Nonprofit) – Loggerhead Marine Life Center
- Best Social Media Campaign (For profit) – Boardroom PR
- Best Special Event / Live or Virtual – Solid Waste Authority (SWA) of Palm Beach County
- Best Crisis Communications – Food For The Poor
- Best Marketing Material (Print, Internal or External) – Labor Finders
- Best Marketing Material (Digital/Video, Internal or External) – Multi-Media Works, Inc.
